Yes! Email us at letting us know if you want a refund or want to switch it out for a different size/product. You have 30 days to make this decision.

What are your shipping charges?

We are now offering FREE** shipping for all U.S orders! If your cart doesn't automatically discount your shipping, enter 'Free Shipping' as a discount code and it will apply to your order.

** Our Free Shipping offer is 2-5 day lead time. If you need or want faster shipping - expedited, paid shipping options are available.

For international orders, we have accounts with USPS, UPS and DHL to provide the lowest shipping rates possible. Depending on preference and desired shipping speed, there are several options available.

How long before my order arrives?

Orders ship in 1-2 business days from San Francisco, California. For U.S orders, we use USPS First Class mail. Generally, packages arrive anywhere in the U.S within 3-5 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.


We offer the following international shipping options:

  • USPS First-Class International Mail: Shipments arrives about 2–3 weeks from ship date, depending on the country.

          - Limited tracking information available

  • USPS Priority International Mail: Shipments arrive 6-10 days from ship date, depending on the country.

           - Detailed tracking information available

  • DHL: Fast shipping times. Arrives to most countries within 1 week.

Unfortunately, the international customs process can take some time when shipping to a foreign country. This depends on multiple factors such as the country and shipping service selected. We ask for your patience during this process.

How many discounts can I use per transaction?

You are able to use 1 discount per transaction. If you accumulate multiple discounts, you will likely be able to apply the other discount to your next purchase, as long as we still carry that product.

If free shipping is used, this is considered a discount and therefore the regular price of the item you purchase will have to be paid.
